We warmly invite you to tour Vyšší Brod Cistercian Abbey which delights thousands of guests every year!
Regardless of the language in which the tour is conducted by the living guide, the ALTOVADUM app means that guests may now listen to the commentary to the tour routes in Czech, English or German.
The descriptive texts, enhanced by the sound of the Vyšší Brod organ in background, were recorded by professional speakers, Petr Kronika, Eoghan O´Suilleabhain and Gernot Ecker.

Tour route I – MONASTERY - On this route you can see the most beautiful spaces of the monastery and also famous works of art from the past.
Tour route II – ZÁVIŠ CROSS – This tour takes you to see the legendary golden cross of kings and uncovers the veil of secrecy around the family tomb of the Rosenbergs.
If you choose the Non-guided tour – EXTERIOR, the ALTOVADUM app brings you information about selected buildings inside the monastery precinct.
